we offer a supportive and dynamic group coaching environment, led by experienced facilitators. These sessions provide a safe space for sharing experiences, learning from others, and gaining new perspectives on recovery and personal growth. Our groups, tailored to specific needs like sexual addiction recovery and family support, foster a sense of community and collective healing, empowering each member on their journey towards wellness and resilience.

Groups typically consist of 6-8 people and meet three sessions a month for two hours each for a total of six hours a month. New groups begin regularly.
